Friends of Focus Referral Program

At Focus OneSource we believe that the best way to learn about quality businesses and services is through personal and professional referrals. Because most of our new clients are the result of a personal referral, we believe it is important to reward "Friends of Focus OneSource" for a referral that results in obtaining a new customer.

This is not a sales job. All selling is done by Focus OneSource. This is simply a referral* program that pays you for introducing us to the decision-maker of a business that employs five or more people. We have decided to allocate advertising dollars to this program rather than the traditional outlets normally used by most companies.

HOW IT WORKS - Easy as 1, 2, 3...

You introduce the Focus OneSource business solution to the decision-maker of a business that you know and understand may be experiencing problems with such things as rising health insurance premiums, employee turnover, payroll/tax processing or human resource administration.
You schedule a 15-minute meeting time and date with the decision-maker and Focus OneSource; and
Focus OneSource will meet with the decision-maker and should the business purchase our service, you will be paid a one-time $100 bonus for each full-time employee the business employs.

Example:
If a company employs ten full-time employees, you would be paid $1,000 (10 x $100=$1,000). This amount would be paid in three equal monthly installments after the business begins with Focus OneSource.

How to become a "Friend of Focus OneSource"

The first step in becoming an official friend of Focus OneSource is simple--just call 515-369-7550 and ask to speak to one of the owners, Mike Teachout or John Hovey. Mike or John will gladly tell you more about the Friends of Focus OneSource referral program, answer any questions, and tell you more about how our service offers real value to small and mid-size businesses.
*What is a referral? The scheduling of an initial 15-minute meeting between Focus OneSource and the decision-maker(s) of the business (preferably the business owner, president, or finance manager). The business must begin our service(s) before we will pay a referral bonus. As an outside Referral Consultant, you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Focus OneSource and will be required to complete necessary documentation to verify this status.
